Pool inspectors are legally required to maintain inspection records for 10 years. Cross-referencing inspection photographs with a hard-copy report is not only time consuming and potentially inaccurate, but results in a product that looks less than professional. Whilst other ‘online Inspection Apps’ exist, they do not contain the vast array of ‘tick box’ information fields that allow for quick inspections (as seen on right), limiting the quality and quantity of information that is captured.

An important feature of the Inspection Report is that all relevant Australian Standards are contained in the same report. This allows you to easily complete inspections where there are ‘multiple barrier standards’ to be met. (For example, where a pre-1991 pool has a new glass barrier on one side of the pool).
Using the Formitize CRM it is also simple to populate ‘Certificates of Barrier Compliance’ which can be sent to the client by email with your unique logo and branding. Sending it via Formitize at the end of the inspection saves the hassle of printing, posting and double handling.
