Live Inspections

Now that you have completed the Pool Safety Inspector’s Course you must complete the mandatory ‘live’ inspections.

You will be guided by one of our fully qualified VBA Inspectors who will assist you to put your training into practice. Inspections are $75 per inspection (incl GST) and you decide how many inspections you wish to complete. After the inspection you will be provided a copy of the Inspection Report which will assist you to create your own template for your VBA application.

Student Log-book

You must complete a logbook detailing your Simulation and Live inspections. This is available on the VBA website found when you search ‘Application forms’.

We guide you through completing this form so that you can ensure you meet the minimum criteria and all your inspections are recorded correctly.

You must complete a minimum of 5 live Inspections for each Standard and an overall a total of at least 25 inspections.

Technical Referee Reports

This document outlines our qualifications and endorses the period of time we have supervised your live inspections. We provide this to you after each Inspection.
